NAEA Convention - Minneapolis

I registered for the NAEA Convention next month in Minneapolis. The NAEA office in Reston is working on getting ASL interpreters for the event. I hope it works out!

I went to the Convention and was able to secure interpreters for two full days. The Walker Art Museum was fascinating, and had many pieces that we had discussed in Postmodernism Art class at FSC. Many of the workshops I attended were part of the SNAE issues group (Special Needs Art Education). The autism/art workshops were helpful for my research paper (Deafness & Autism in Art Education). I am looking forward to attending the convention again next year in Baltimore.
